Steel structure building processing is a standardized and high-precision process, which follows the core principles of: drawing refinement → raw material preparation → cutting and blanking → component processing → assembly and welding → straightening and grinding → surface treatment and painting → finished product inspection → packaging and shipping.
3. Packaging and Shipping
Packaging: Container/pallet packing (or bulk per request) to protect surface paint/zinc; components are numbered per drawings for easy installation
Shipping: Secure products on pallets → load into containers → ship to nearest port; provide detailed packing list for each container
4. Installation Guide
Normally, we provide clients with detailed construction drawings and installation videos, as well as online installation Q&A and other guidance.
If needed, we can also dispatch professional construction personnel to the site for on-site installation guidance. In this case, an additional fee will apply.
1. Pre-installation: Inspect the foundation and verify the components.
2. Foundation Connection: Secure the steel columns to the foundation using high-strength bolts.
